This delicious Crispy Chicken Wrapped Banana Spring Salad is perfect for lunch or dinner. It only takes 25 minutes to make and you can customize too!
- 7 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 bananas peeled and cut into half
- 3 oz. bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cup corn starch
- 1 pinch black pepper to taste
- 1 cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1½ tsp honey
- 1 large lemon(squeeze juice)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 bag spring mix
- 2 oz. medium-size red onion, sliced
- 2 oz. cherry tomato
- 2 oz. small red radish, sliced and pickled
