To prepare this recipe, start with the green paste, which is made by grinding all the green ingredients (coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies) together. Meanwhile, marinate the chicken pieces with salt, biryani masala, chilli powder and fried onions. Then add half of the blended green masala and leave it for at least 2 hours.

Now, heat ghee in a pan, add the chicken pieces and cook until brown. Once brown, add the rest of the green ground masala, cover and cook for 10-12 mins.
